Null: Non-Grata ships every Tuesday and Friday and will take the utmost care to ensure your precious items will arrive in the condition we acquired them. We will not charge you handling and extra packing fees unless you want us to.
The majority of our pieces are shipped from foreign countries with high quality protection, so if you wonder if some items cost slightly more than other places, we pay the extra costs to bring items in without damage. Obviously things happen outside of our control but we do our best to ensure we sell pieces in the condition we would want to buy them in.

Null Non-Grata offers you the ability to have items that qualify (these items will say so in the description and included in the filter system) sent to you in an ultra affordable manner.
The trade off here is that we cannot offer insurance or refunds for items that do not arrive. We will take photos of every item stamped and addressed to you to ensure you know your item is on it's way.
We very seriously recommend purchases over $30 in value are sent by small packet and we will not qualify individual items over this price point. This mail option is available for Canada, US, and International customers. Same above policy applies to all in this category.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted however please keep in mind that at this time Null: Non-Grata is a sole proprietorship and not a mega-corporation. Returns hurt us so please be extra sure you want what you order. Contact us anytime by email or phone if you have questions or want extra images of the items in question beforehand.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage and pack in the same care we do to ensure the item returns so someone else can enjoy it. Once received we may invoice you for a 20% restocking fee, at our discretion. We want you to have a positive experience so if all goes smoothly we will gladly refund you within 30 days of purchase and receiving the item(s) back.
