Of all the new artistic mediums out of Japan, it is crazy to realize how much the Clear File phenomenon has gone unheard of in North America.  These glossy organizational folders have the highest vibrancy of colour with crisp graphics when compared to standard poster prints and other paper based productions.

Clear Files are relatively affordable initially to acquire upon release and can become of the more highly collectable pieces of art.  Promotional commercial works and Independent efforts exist side by side.  Major Japanese stores produce to sell (7-11, Marui, etc) and to sate the public's desire for recognizable, beautiful imagery.
